Dan Geva is an Israeli documentary film director, cinematographer, producer, editor and academic scholar. He is spending a few months in Baltimore as the Schusterman Visiting Artist at the Maryland Institute College of Art. He’s teaching two classes in a collaborative program between MICA’s video and film arts department and the film and media studies program at Johns Hopkins University, and he is offering several screenings of Israeli films in conjunction with various organizations in the area.
Tonight at Goucher College, he’ll present the first of three films in the Abrahamic Film Festival, presented in conjunction with the Institute for Christian & Jewish Studies, Goucher College’s Office of Religious and Spiritual Life, and the American Jewish Committee.
