Back in 2007, New Yorker music critic Alex Ross dropped by Maryland Morning after publishing his award-winning book The Rest is Noise. In his new book, Listen to This, he writes about everything from Mozart and Brahms to Bob Dylan and Radiohead.

When Alex Ross was in town recently for an appearance at An die Musik, he stopped by the studio to talk about the new book, which is a collection of some of his columns for the New Yorker, as well as several new and updated essays.
