5-30-12: Better Background Checks

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) recently released new guidelines on how employers should use information for background checks in the employment process.

We talk with Deborah Eisenberg, an assistant professor of Law at the University of Maryland School of Law where she specializes in employment law. We also hear from Colleen Parker Denston Director of Government Affairs for Maryland Society for Human Resource Management State Council
