Jack Greer of University of Maryland’s Sea Grant College walks us through the history of oyster harvesting, from booming business at the turn of the last century to devastation in the 80’s.

Dr. Greer is the Assistant Director of Public Affairs at the University of Maryland Sea Grant College.  He also writes about science and policy for the college.
