It’s been a little over three weeks since Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon announced she would resign her office. That resignation takes effect in six days, and Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, now president of the City Council, will take over the office of mayor. Sheilah Kast talks to Rawlings-Blake about her ethics-reform bill, about her city council president replacement, about fixing the budget and about getting slots back on track.
