A few weeks ago Governor Martin O’Malley announced a plan for “CyberMaryland” to turn the Old Line State into a new area for cyber security. But how realistic are these plans? We talk with UMBC Professor Tim Brennan about his opinion of these plans to make Maryland’s cyber hopes a real world reality.
