3-2-10: Saying “No” to Vocals

The NOVO Instrumental Music Festival kicks off tonight and runs through Saturday at the Windup Space, on North Avenue in Baltimore. “NOVO” for “NO VOcals,” see? Tom Hall talks to the festival’s two co-curators: Russell de Ocampo owns the Windup Space, and he’s a musician in the instrumental band Yeveto;  Mat Leffler-Schulman is a producer and co-owner of Mobtown Studios in Charles Village.
