It’s Shari Wilson’s last day on the job as Maryland Secretary of the Environment. We ask her about her time in office and the state’s plan to clean up the Chesapeake Bay. We also learn about RGGI (or the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative), the cap-and-trade program that that Maryland’s taking part in.
