Before they left on tour of the United States and Canada to promote their new album, The Baltimore duo Wye Oak played an in-store concert at The Sound Garden, a record store in Fells Point. Maryland Morning music critic Tim Kabara caught up with them there and brings us a review of their third album, Civilian.
