The Baltimore City Council is to vote tonight on whether to renew a four-year-old ordinance that requires developers to include in some projects homes that families with low or moderate incomes can afford.  How has it worked so far?  Also, what it takes to get a date with a space telescope–and Dudley Clendinen’s doctor tells him how—and why—ALS is changing his body.
