Maryland Morning Theater Critic J. Wynn Rousuck traveled across the Maryland border to check out the Contemporary American Theater Festival in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.  She reviews the five plays running there:  From Prague, Race, Ages of the Moon, We Are Here, and The Insurgents.
