In the mood to see some new work by local playwrights?  The Baltimore Playwrights Festival has plenty.  Maryland Morning Theater Critic J. Wynn Rousuck has been to see “The Sculptress” by Marilyn Millstone, directed by Julianna Avery.  It’s at Fells Point Corner Theater.  She also checked out “Self, Inc,” by J-F Bibeau, directed by D’Minique Williams, which is playing at the College of Notre Dame.  Both are running through July 31st.  She brings us these reviews.
