The Sheriff (Steve Lichtenstein) confronts Charlie (Howard Berkowitz) as The Deputy (Chris Elliott) looks on in Abraham and Isaac.

UPDATE: Because of the hurricane, Abraham and Isaac has added two performances this weekend: Friday, September 2 and Saturday, September 3, both at 8 p.m.

Theater critic J. Wynn Rousuck reviews Stephen Schulze’s Abraham and Isaac, directed by Barry Feinstein. The show is produced by the Theatrical Mining Company at the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, and it’s up through August 28 September 3 as part of the Baltimore Playwrights Festival.
