10-4-11: Time for Changes at Towson

Among the changes coming to Towson University is as new president:  Maravene Loeschke. She knows the place well:  she earned her bachelor’s degree in theater and English, and her masters in education, before spending three decades moving up the faculty ranks to the become Dean of the College of Fine Arts and Communications from 1997 to 2002.  She comes back to Towson after a stint as president of Mansfield University.   She joins Sheilah to talk about the future of Towson.
