10-18-11: Redefining Rape

Today a subcommittee of the FBI is meeting to discuss changing the federal definition of rape. The current definition has been in place since 1927. We talk with Lisae Jordan, who is General Council for the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault, and the Director of the Sexual Assault Legal Institute, about what a change in definition could mean.
