Maryland filmmaker Mark Colegrove, one of the crew behind Mondo Baltimore, does films for the the National Aquarium and Merriweather Post Pavilion by day, but by night he makes spoofs, sendups, and shorts. This month on the Maryland Morning Screen Test, he talks with Tom about how to properly make a bad movie.
