11-4-11: New CEO of Perkins Hospital

Perkins Hospital, the highest-level security mental facility in Maryland. This week, Governor O’Malley named a new CEO of the facility — psychiatrist David Helsel, who’s most recently been working at Spring Grove Hospital Center, in Catonsville. Sheilah talks with him about how he plans to address security in his new role.
