A couple weeks ago the Maryland Court of Appeals handed down a ruling that changes a 1994 state law regulating how claims of  children poisoned by lead-paint are handled in Maryland.

Joe Espo is a personal injury lawyer with the firm of Brown, Goldstein and Levy. Ben Frederick III of Ben Frederick Realty and  Ruth Ann Norton, executive director of the Coalition to End Childhood Lead Poisoning
