Congress’s 12-member Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction, or “Supercommittee,” has until next Wednesday to report how they plan to knock a trillion and a half bucks out of the deficit in ten years. Sheilah checks in with Maryland super-representative, Democrat Chris Van Hollen.
