Friday is World AIDS Day, a chance for people to unite in the fight against HIV.  Baltimore City’s Commission on HIV and AIDS is getting a head start this afternoon, presenting to the mayor the strategy that the city’s health department have been working on for years.

The strategy document is titled, “Moving Forward,” and Bill Blattner, who heads the commission, says in his transmittal letter it “provides a framework to transcend business as usual.”
