P.M. Forni, a professor at Johns Hopkins University, is known for his writings about civility, and he’s now the director of The Civility Initiative at Johns Hopkins University.

He’s now turned his attention to why it’s important to take time for thinking over the course of a day.  That’s the focus of his new book, The Thinking Life: How to Thrive in the Age of Distraction

He talks about it with Tom Hall.
