1-6-12: A New Way of Prosecuting

Almost exactly one year after taking office, State’s Attorney Gregg Bernstein is employing a new strategy for how crimes will be prosecuted in Baltimore City. It’s called community prosecution, and the idea is for prosecutors to become community liaisons who are better able to recognize criminal patterns. He discusses it here with Sheilah.
