While many of us are just getting into our workday at this hour, lots of folks have just ended theirs. The Bureau of Labor statistics reports that more Americans are working nights now than ever before. We learn more about the effect working the late shift can have on our health from Monica Reinagel. She’s a licensed nutritionist from Baltimore, and the host and creator of the podcast Nutrition Diva.
