1-31-12: Counting the Homeless
The census counts Americans by sending you a form, having you fill it out and then send it back. Or maybe a census worker shows up at your house. But what if you don’t have a house? This past week, several Maryland counties conducted their federally mandated point-in-time surveys of the homeless population in their jurisdiction.
