4-24-12: The Future of the Maryland GOP

Maryland GOP National Commiteewoman candidates Audrey Scott and Nicolee Ambrose.

The Republican Party of Maryland will hold its spring convention Friday and Saturday in the waterfront town of Solomons in Calvert County.

Attendees will hold votes for several party positions, including the male and female state representatives to the national party. These two races have been pretty heated.

To see what these races tell us about the current state of the Maryland GOP, Sheilah talks to Gazette staff writer C. Benjamin Ford. Then Sheilah asks Nicolee Ambrose and Audrey Scott, the two Maryland GOP candidates for National Committeewoman, about the future of the Maryland GOP.

    OMG, I think a 4th grader could have answered that question better than Ambrose did. She sounds a bit crazy.
