The University System of Maryland studied the pros and cons of merging its Baltimore and College Park campuses, and on Friday, the Board of Regents revealed that they’re dismissing a “merger” in favor of an “alliance.” USM Chancellor William E. “Brit” Kirwan will tell us what that means for the system.
