12-12-11: Merger Inked?

Well, not quite. The University System of Maryland studied the pros and cons of merging its Baltimore and College Park campuses, and on Friday, the Board of Regents revealed that they’re dismissing a “merger” in favor of an “alliance.” USM Chancellor William E. “Brit” Kirwan will tell us what that means for the system.
