150 years ago Baltimore earned the title of mobtown when the Pratt Street riots took over the city. We’ll learn about the history from Harry Ezratty author of Baltimore in the Civil War: The Pratt Street Riot and a City Occupied  then head downtown to hear what modern Baltimoreans remember about the anniversary.
