12 Bills, 24 Minutes: The “Legislative Lightning Rounds” of 2011

The Maryland General Assembly typically submits over 2,000 bills in one of its annual 90-day sessions. WYPR-FM’s Maryland Morning with Sheilah Kast devotes in-depth conversations to the most potentially consequential bills. To add breadth to our coverage, our Legislative Lightning Rounds give sixty seconds each to proponents and opponents of important but overlooked bills to make their cases.
