In June, a stallion named Fabio was removed from Assateague Island National Seashore after he became aggressive towards visitors. According to the Washington Post, he headbutted a woman.

Park officials sent Fabio to the Doris Day Horse Rescue and Adoption Center in Texas.

Today, Sheilah talks to the center’s director, Anne Rathbun-Favre, who is training Fabio in the hopes that someone will be able to adopt him.

Sheilah also talks to Assateague Island National Seashore spokesman Carl Zimmerman about the new rules the park has implemented new rules to keep its famous wild horses wild, and to keep its visitors safe.
